Marion Meyer, started her career in the media industry as strategy and project manager in a large German publishing houses. In 2012, she joint BayWa AG and took over the department of Corporate Business Development where she supported the companies’ international expansion and portfolio development. From 2016 to 2018 she held a board position as COO of BayWa’s international agri trading unit Cefetra Group. Since 2019 she is Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, with responsibility for the corporate strategy development, as well innovation initiatives, such as venture building initiatives, start-up collaborations and the activities of BayWa Venture GmbH.
